White Paper "Cellular Agriculture: the legal and ethical challenges of tomorrow's food" of the One Health Legal Clinic of the University of Paris-Saclay

The Consumer law clinic of Luxembourg is pleased to relay the initiative and work of the One Health Legal Clinic of the University of Paris-Saclay. 

The White Paper "Cellular Agriculture: the legal and ethical challenges of tomorrow's food" devoted to the legal and ethical issues of cellular agriculture was produced by the 2021-2022 class of the One Health Legal Clinic at the University of Paris-Saclay, under the direction of Aloïse Quesne, Lecturer in private law and Director of the "One Health" Legal Clinic, in partnership with Genopole and the Cellular Agriculture France association. The White Paper is prefaced by Georges Chapouthier, biologist and philosopher, Emeritus Research Director at the CNRS.
